This sermon by the late Dr. Walter Martin is decades old but I think is still relevant today:
If you don’t know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior you can receive Him into your heart and He can deliver you from darkness and sin and have your name written in His Book of Life.
If you are sincere you can say this simple prayer to the Father (it doesn’t have to be word for word):
“God, I recognize that I have not lived my life for You up until now. I have been living for myself and that is wrong. Please forgive me of all of my sins just as I forgive others. I need You in my life; I want You in my life. I acknowledge the completed work of Your only begotten Son Jesus Christ in giving His life for me on the cross, I believe in my heart Jesus is Lord and was raised from the dead and I long to receive the forgiveness you have made freely available to me through this sacrifice. Come into my life now, Lord. Take up residence in my heart and be my king, my Lord, and my Savior. From this day forward, I will no longer be controlled by sin, or the desire to please myself, but I will follow You all the days of my life. Those days are in Your hands. I ask this in the Lord and GOD Jesus’ precious and holy name. Amen.”

I hadn’t heard that one before…
My favorite part is the comparison of the apostles’ reaction to witchcraft with that of the church today regarding the truth – “they did never find the truth of the gospel negotiable and they knew exactly what to do when having to face witchcraft!”
Good for them!
GOD hasn’t changed, JESUS CHRIST hasn’t changed, HE is still the same HE was yesterday – and the devil hasn’t changed, neither have his agents or methods.
So why have WE?
Why would we?
GOD’s word is clear about witchcraft and about what to do.
Let’s not let them fool us into believing that us departing from The Word, from GOD’s instructions, will lead to anything other than us losing the battle and going to hell in the end… it is very simple and clear, now isn’t it?
Very, very moving in the end!
I hope many people will hear this!
It is what let me survive and overcome and forgive and continue to live and to do my best to educate as many people as I can about the dangers of the occult, witchcraft, satanism, yoga, tantra, kundalini, the New Age, whatever you call it – and I believe it is the force which also drives you, my brother, isn’t it:
witches, warlocks, satanists and occultists… ALL and each and every one of them are souls for which OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST died, too, and which can come from under the powers of darkness into the kingdom of GOD!!!
That’s what WE are here for, what WE want to do, what WE are called to do!
And you are doing a great job in publishing all this information.
May MANY be educated and informed and blessed and saved by your work and may you be rewarded greatly by THE LORD for what you are doing!
