Crystal “Healing” Exposed

Crystal Healing Exposed

I was compelled to make this post because some people who are dealing with demonization I have come across who have involved themselves with crystals, are very reluctant to discard their crystals. They believe crystals are merely just stones and nothing more. That can be the case, however, it would be wise to discard it for the sake of being safe rather than sorry. Why? Because evil spirits can use crystals as a vehicle to influence people. The true source of power behind crystals is the spirit world, or more specifically the demonic world:

Although most crystal healers believe that the crystals themselves contain magical powers, the truth is that the crystals have no power and are merely vehicles through which spirits may choose to work. In essence, modern crystal healing is simply a variation upon this ancient theme: gems and minerals may contain great spiritual power which can be psychically directed for various of uses, such as diagnosis, healing, developing psychic abilities, astral projection, and spirit contact. But because modern crystal work actively seeks occult power, the practice is replete with spiritistic influence. Below we will cite several examples in documentation.

The medium Edgar Cayce encouraged the use of gems as amulets (containers of occult power)…..

No matter where we look in modern new age crystal healing, we discover that the real power in crystals comes from the spirit world, not the crystal itself. Every crystal worker we have talked with, and every book on crystal healing we have read, underscores this fact. Let us give you two examples of popular texts on crystal healing.

Uma Silbey’s The complete Crystal Guidebook, reveals that through crystal work,

“You can meet [spirit] guides and being from different dimensions and uncover ESP abilities… A curious thing starts to happen as you work with crystals. You start becoming aware of an energy or force or a “potential” higher than yourself. You start becoming aware of an can begin to interact with something very powerful and wonderful.”

She observes that those who work with crystals become “channels” for this energy and she specifically identifies it with the dangerous occultic kundalini energy:

“Kundalini energy is often awakened when you start working with crystals. You will need to know how to channel this in yourself, to utilize the unleashed energies and powers and learn how to create this in others. There are chakra systems or energy matrixes in the body that become activated as your work, and these can be activated in those you work with. Because the work you will be doing is on the subtle planes, you will need to know about the astral and mental planes, and how to work with them…. Because you begin drawing tremendous forces of energy through your body as you work… you will need to expand your consciousness beyond your physical body, beyond the environment and into other [spirit] realms.

To work effectively [as a crystal healer] you must be in a state of surrender, becoming a channel through which the creative force or spirit can do its work. You are merely the vehicle. You become like a hollow tube through which this spirit can flow without impediments…. To become this channel, you need to learn to become centered, to learn what this state [of altered consciousness] is.”

Historically, crystals were involved with evil spirits:

New age crystal healing is a minor variation upon an ancient occultic theme: that of working with objects called talismans and amulets having supposed supernatural powers. Throughout history, these items have been associated with the spirit world, and because of this, are believed to possess magical abilities. This is why the metaphysical traditions of every stripe, East and West, use these magical stones in their occult work:

  • Crystal work is a component of both ancient and modern shamanism. In Native American healing, the shaman will utilize the crystal as a method of both diagnosis and treatment; the crystal is believed to be a vehicle through which the healing spirits work.
  • The medieval occultist Paracelsus, in many ways the father of modern new age medicine, was the owner of a talismanic jewel which he believed to be the dwelling place of a powerful spirit named Azoth.
  • In many Eastern religions, actual living spirits are believed to dwell within particular stones. For example, concerning the star sapphire, the cat’s eye, and the moonstone, “It is supposed in the East that a living spirit dwells within these stones”.
  • In a variety of ancient and modern religious traditions, gems and stones intended for use as amulets are fashioned as beautifully as possible “that they might become fitting abodes for the benevolent spirits believed to animate them and render them efficacious [powerful]”.
  • The talismanic nature of precious stones is associated historically with astrology: “The influence over human fortunes ascribed by astrology to the heavenly bodies is conceived to be strengthened by wearing the gem appropriate to certain planets or signs, for a subtle emanation has passed into the stone and radiates from it”.
  • Because spirits were believed to indwell and to work through these stones, healing properties were naturally assigned to them: “It was believed that certain spiritual or planetary influences had aided in their production and were latent in them”. The color and appearance of the stone was also magically associated with particular spirits or “angels”:

“The color and appearance of the stone was not merely emblematic of the angel, but, by its sympathetic quality [magical power] it was supposed to attract his [the spirit’s] influence and to provide a medium for the transmission of his benevolent force [power] to the wearer.”

Even some crystal suppliers have turned to spiritism:

….Consider the case of leading entrepreneur Gary Fleck, who was unexpectedly taken over by a feminine angel claiming to be “a spirit of the inner earth.” This spirit wished to inform everyone that crystals were vehicles of supernatural revelation and healing’ that they were alive and would provide spiritual guidance and psychic power to those who would ask them for it. The story is told in Drs. David Sharon Sneed’s The Hidden Agenda: A Critical View of Alternative Medical Therapies:

“Crystal therapy has a close relationship with the occult. If you doubt it, consider the words of Gary Fleck, one of the country’s leading crystal suppliers. A miner by trade, Fleck was drawn into the New Age movement through his love of crystals, an affection he developed as a child growing up in Arizona. Fleck says that one day he led an expedition of crystals lovers into a mine in Arizona so everyone could offer special prayers with their crystals. Upon arriving in the cavern, each pilgrim lit a candle. Suddenly, an ‘angel’ appeared to him.

Almost everyone in the group saw the angel, Fleck insists. She identified herself as Sabatina, a spirit of the inner earth. Then she put her hands on Fleck’s head and began to pronounce the role of crystals in human destiny. Fleck tells us he felt as if he were a conduit for a being. He translated the angel’s words to an awestruck prayer circle.

What Sabatina supposedly had to say was that crystals and gems ‘are here to teach and heal. If you want to learn what they can teach and how they can heal, then ask the crystals themselves. They are alive. They should be treated as friends. She went on to say that crystals were only one path to a higher consciousness.”

If you don’t know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you can receive Him into your heart, and He can deliver you from darkness and sin and have your name written in His Book of Life.

If you are sincere, you can say this simple prayer to the Father (it doesn’t have to be word for word):

“God, I recognize that I have not lived my life for You up until now. I have been living for myself and that is wrong. Please forgive me of all of my sins just as I forgive others. I need You in my life; I want You in my life. I acknowledge the completed work of Your only begotten Son Jesus Christ in giving His life for me on the cross, I believe in my heart Jesus is Lord and was raised from the dead and I long to receive the forgiveness you have made freely available to me through this sacrifice. Come into my life now, Lord. Take up residence in my heart and be my king, my Lord, and my Savior. From this day forward, I will no longer be controlled by sin, or the desire to please myself, but I will follow You all the days of my life. Those days are in Your hands. I ask this in the Lord and GOD Jesus’ precious and holy name. Amen.”

I’m guessing none of you read the Bible… open up the Old Testament. They are referred to as what they are rubies… amethyst etc where it tells of how to adorn an alter, how to adorn your church, your priest. All through the Bible Gen stones aka crystals age spoke about. Certainly NOT in a demonic way. I’m also wondering if you all wear any jewelry, that gold you wear was bought to Jesus as a gift… so do NOT interpret the Bible how y’all see fit.
