Delete all of your pornography from your computer devices.

Stop watching secular movies, series, or videos, especially if they have sexually suggestive content.

Stop following social media personalities who post sexually provocative content.

Stop listening to sensual or sexually suggestive music.

Throw away all your sex toys.

Make the determination to never watch pornography and masturbate again.

Dear Holy Father, God in heaven, I come before your throne room today through the blood of Jesus Christ. I come boldly and with confidence (Ephesians 3:12). I come before you asking for the strength to resist the urges and temptations that lead me into sin.

Help me stay focused on You and give me the self-control I need to overcome these carnal desires. Put in me a hatred for all sin and a love for righteousness. I want to love righteousness but hate iniquity like your Son (Hebrews 1:9). Cleanse my mind and heart from impure thoughts. Renew my mind with Your Word and guide me toward righteousness. Protect my thoughts from wandering into sinful desires and vain imaginations. Help me to be focused on Your holiness.

For Your Word says that when we confess our sins, you are faithful and forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). I confess my sin of masturbation, and it has become an addiction. I ask for Your healing and deliverance from this bondage. Set me free from this sin and help me find joy in Your presence alone. I have often felt guilt and shame because of my actions. I ask for Your forgiveness and grace to move forward. Help me remember that You offer redemption and that I am made new in Christ. Lord, I repent of my actions and ask for Your forgiveness. I know that I have sinned, but I believe in Your mercy. Cleanse me from all unrighteousness and help me start fresh with a renewed heart.

Almighty God, I am engaged in a battle with the enemy who seeks to lead me astray and keep me bound. I put on the full armor of God, knowing that You are my protector and shield. Strengthen me to resist the devil’s schemes and stand firm in my faith. Protect me from the enemy projecting lustful thoughts and sexual imagery into my mind.

Father, I pray that You bring trustworthy people into my life who can hold me accountable in my walk of purity. Help me to open up and seek support from fellow believers who can guide and encourage me if that’s in your will.

Lord, give me the fruit of the Spirit, especially self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Help me to make wise decisions, guard my heart, and resist temptation when it arises. Lead me to live a disciplined life that pleases You. Father, I ask You to cleanse my heart from all forms of lust. Help me not to be driven by sinful desires but to pursue holiness and purity. Fill my heart with love for You, and let that love be stronger than any earthly temptation.

Dear Lord, when my thoughts wander to sinful desires, remind me of Your love and sacrifice. Help me to focus on spiritual things rather than the pleasures of this world and the flesh. Keep my heart and mind on You. Father, I believe that through You, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, I will have victory over this sin. Give me the strength to break free from the cycle of temptation and defeat. Lead me on the path of righteousness, where I can walk in freedom. Lord, Your Word says to be transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2). I ask You to renew my mind and replace any thoughts that lead to sin with thoughts that glorify You. Help me meditate on Your truth. Father, I am weak in my own strength, but I know that in You, I am strong. Help me to rely on Your power when I feel tempted and to trust that You will provide a way out of every temptation.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me (Psalm 51:10). Help me to desire holiness more than anything else and to seek purity in all aspects of my life.

Father in heaven, please have the Holy Spirit convict me when I am about to yield to sin. Give me the wisdom and strength to choose righteousness. Lead me in the way of truth and purity.

Lord, please break this bondage to this sin. Break the chains of addiction and bondage that have held me captive. Set me free in the mighty name of Jesus.

Father, I pray for deliverance from this habit that has caused me to stumble. I ask for Your help in breaking free from this pattern of sin, knowing that You are a God who delivers His people.

Lord, help me to focus on Your Word instead of the temptations around me. Let Your truth dwell richly in my heart so that I am equipped to fight against sin. Guide me with Your wisdom. Amen.

Lord, I confess that I cannot fight this battle alone. I need Your strength to overcome this temptation. Help me to trust in You and lean on Your power to overcome.

Father, Your Word says to guard our hearts, for it is the wellspring of life (Proverbs 4:23). Help me guard my heart against impure desires and focus on what is pleasing to You.

Lord, I know that You have the power to help me overcome this struggle. I put my confidence in You, knowing that You will help me win this battle and live a life that honors You.

Father, I desire to live a holy life that reflects Your character. Help me to flee from temptation and pursue holiness in every aspect of my life.

Lord, thank You for redeeming me from sin. Help me live in the freedom that You have given me through Christ, and no longer be enslaved by the temptations of the flesh. Amen.

Father, I feel trapped by this sin, but I know that You are a God of freedom. Help me break free from its hold and walk in the liberty You have given me through Christ.

Lord, clear my mind of any impure thoughts and desires. Help me focus on things that are true, noble,  just, pure, lovely, and whatever things are of good report, anything of virtue, and anything praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8). Give me mental clarity and peace in my thoughts.

Dear Lord, give me discernment to recognize when I am being tempted and the wisdom to avoid situations that lead to sin. Help me stay close to You and walk in Your ways. I acknowledge that No temptation has overtaken me except such as is common to man; but You are faithful, who will not allow me to be tempted beyond what I am able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that I may be able to bear it (1 Corinthians 10:13).

Father, the battle against temptation can be exhausting, but I know that You offer peace. Give me peace in my heart and mind as I trust in You to help me overcome. Let it be that I will not backslide.

Lord, I come before You asking for Your mercy. I have sinned, but I know that You are a forgiving God. Grant me Your mercy and help me walk in purity from this day forward.

Father, I want to start fresh with You. I ask for a new beginning, free from the bondage of sin. Lead me on the path of righteousness and help me live a life that honors You. Amen.

Father, protect me from the temptations of the enemy. Surround me with Your protection and keep me safe from the schemes of the evil one.

Dear Lord, renew my spirit and help me walk in newness of life. Strengthen me to resist temptation and focus on the things of God. Amen.

Father, Your Word says, ‘Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God’ (Matthew 5:8). Help me keep my heart pure so that I may draw closer to You.

Lord, I surrender my struggles to You daily. Help me to give You control of my life and trust in Your plan for my freedom.

Father, help me fix my eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of my faith. Keep me focused on Him so that I do not fall into sin. Help me keep my eyes off sexual imagery, such as in social media.

Lord, I ask for healing from the mistakes of my past. Help me to forgive myself and move forward with a clean slate, knowing that You have forgiven me.

Father, I am weak, but I know that Your strength is made perfect in my weakness. Help me rely on Your strength and not my own when I am tempted.

Lord, I no longer want to live in shame. Help me release any guilt or shame I feel about my past actions and walk confidently in Your forgiveness.

Dear Lord, thank You for Your grace that covers all my sins. Help me to walk in that grace and live a life that reflects Your love and mercy.

Lord, I know that lust leads me into temptation. Deliver me from the spirit of masturbation and lust, and help me focus on Your love and purity. I command all spirits of hereditary lust from our ancestors to also come out now in the name of Jesus Christ.

I renounce all sexual sins that we have been involved in the past, including fornication, masturbation, pornography, perversion, sexual fantasy, and adultery, in the name of Jesus Christ.

I command any and every demonic spirit in my body to leave right now in the mighty name of Jesus. Every spirit in my groin, stomach, hands, chest, head, and everywhere else needs to leave my body now in the mighty name of Jesus. I cancel all of your legal rights. I reject you and don’t want you in my body. This body belongs to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. In the name of Jesus, I break all curses of adultery, perversion, fornication, lust, incest, rape, molestation, harlotry, and polygamy. I command all spirits of lust, perversion, and masturbation to leave! Out of my stomach right now! to come out! Of my genitals, right now! Come out of my eyes, right now! Out of my mind, my mouth, my hands in the name of Jesus Christ. I command all spirits of hereditary lust from our ancestors to also come out now in the name of Jesus Christ. I command all spirits of witchcraft that work with lust to relieve the Lord to leave now in the name of Jesus Christ. I take authority over my thoughts and bind all spirits of sexual fantasy and imagination, and lustful thinking in the name of Jesus Christ. I cast out all marriage/relationship-breaking spirits of lust. I break all covenants with the enemy in the name of Jesus Christ. I cast out and loosen myself from any spiritual spouse and spirits of Incubus, Succubus, in the name of Jesus Christ. I cast out all spirits of perversion, now in the name of Jesus Christ.

In the name of Jesus, I am no longer a slave of sin. I reckon myself dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus, my Lord. I will not let sin reign in my mortal body, that I should obey it in its lusts (Romans 6:6-12). I recognize that my body is the temple of the Almighty Living God, and a dwelling place for His Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19), and I rejoice in knowing that the blood of Jesus Christ sanctifies, cleanses, and covers me.

I ask you, Father, to make it be that it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. (Galatians 2:20)

I present my body to the Lord right now as a living sacrifice. According to Romans 12:1, Lord, I pray today that my members are the members of Christ, and I will not let them be the members of the harlot according to 1 Corinthians 6:15. By the Holy fire of God, burn out all uncleanniness and lust from my life, in the name of Jesus Christ.

I thank You, Lord Jesus, that You would just come and fill me and touch me with the power of Your Holy Spirit right now. Let the power of the Holy Spirit come and fill me and touch me and fill me with a fresh filling those voids where every demonic Spirit has left.

I receive the Spirit of holiness in our lives now to walk in sexual purity in the name of Jesus (Romans 1:4). Lord, I loosen myself from the Spirit of this world, the Spirit of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride.

I put off all forms of lust, the old nature, and adopt the new nature of righteousness, purity, and honesty, today, in the name of Jesus Christ!

Satan, in my life, you are defeated today. And now you’re under the feet of my Lord Jesus, and the power of lust in sin is broken today. Father, we thank you for hearing my prayers and delivering me from the tricks of the enemy.

I thank You for Your Word. Have it be established in my heart and in my life. And I thank you for giving us power over the enemy. I thank you for strengthening me so that I will not defile the body (your temple). Thank you, Lord, for restoring, cleansing, and forgiving me from my weaknesses. We praise you and give you all the glory right now! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
